摘要
采用表面衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术对已知100%定伸模量的芳香族聚酯型TPU进行分析,建立了芳香族聚酯型TPU红外光谱图中1705 cm^(-1)与1733 cm^(-1)处吸光度的比值(A1705/A1733)与100%定伸模量(E100%)的关系曲线,并与力学性能测试100%定伸模量结果进行验证。结果表明,通过ATR-FTIR可以快速确定TPU产品的100%定伸模量,测试结果与力学性能测试结果的相对误差小于5%,标准偏差小于1%。
The surface attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR)was used to analyze aromatic polyester-based TPUs with a known 100%elongation modulus.A relationship curve was established between the absorbance ratio at 1705 cm^(-1)and 1733 cm^(-1)in the infrared spectra(A1705/A1733)and the modulus at 100%elongation(E100%)of aromatic polyester-based TPU and verified with the results of the mechanical property test of 100%elongation at a fixed elongation.The results showed that the E100%of aromatic polyester-based TPU could be rapid determined by ATR-FTIR.The relative error between the test results and the mechanical property test results was less than 5%,and the standard deviation was less than 1%.
