摘要
以丁香酚、环氧氯丙烷和端含氢硅油为原料合成了一种反应型增韧剂——有机硅-丁香酚-环氧硅油。采用环氧树脂(E-51)作为基体树脂,2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)为促进剂,酸酐为固化剂进行固化,同时添加增韧剂。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、热失重(TG)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、拉力试验机、冲击试验机等仪器对改性后的环氧树脂复合材料进行了表征。通过添加不同含量的增韧剂对环氧树脂力学性能进行测试比较,研究了该新型增韧剂对环氧树脂性能的影响。研究表明,增韧剂的添加增加了环氧树脂的断裂伸长率,当增韧剂添加含量为7%时,材料的综合力学性能最好,拉伸强度达到37.94 MPa,断裂伸长率较纯环氧树脂提高了69%。随着增韧剂含量的增加,热稳定性略有降低。综上,增韧剂含量为7%时,环氧树脂复合材料的综合性能最好。
A reactive toughening agent,organosilicon eugenol epoxy silicone oil,is synthesized using eugenol,epichlorohydrin,and hydrogen terminated silicone oil as raw materials.Epoxy resin(E-51)is used as the matrix resin,2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol(DMP-30)is used as the promoter,acid anhydride is used as the curing agent for curing,and toughening agent is added at the same time.The modified epoxy composites are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR),thermal weight loss analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),tensile tester,impact tester and other instruments.The effect of this new toughening agent on the properties of epoxy resin is studied by adding different contents of toughening agent to test and compare the mechanical properties of epoxy resin.It is shown that the addition of toughening agent increases the elongation at break of the epoxy resin,and when the toughening agent addition content is 7%,the material has the best overall mechanical properties,with a tensile strength of 37.94 MPa,and an increase of 69%in elongation at break compared with pure epoxy resin.With the increase of toughening agent content,the thermal stability decreases slightly.In conclusion,the best overall performance of epoxy composites is obtained at 7%toughening agent content.
