摘要
对湖北省松材线虫一体化治理项目的林分修复及松材线虫防治成效开展调查研究,为指导松材线虫防治和马尾松疫林生态修复提供参考。基于样地调查,评估项目实施对林分结构、林地更新潜力、生物多样性及乔木层固碳能力等方面的影响,揭示松材线虫一体化治理项目的综合成效。结果表明,项目的实施增强了林分更新能力,人工促进更新潜力为76.96%~95.02%,天然更新潜力为53.06%~72.89%;虽主林层物种丰富度降低,但多样性和均匀度增加,更新层、灌木层物种丰富度、多样性得到明显提升;林分乔木层碳储量有不同程度减少,但中长期碳储量增量明显;林分单位面积固碳量逐年提高,预计到2035年最大差值为22.28 t CO_(2)·hm^(-2)。项目实施的4种林分修复模式能显著降低松材线虫病感染率,降幅区间为39.30%~100%。一体化治理项目对马尾松林分结构优化、林分更新、森林固碳及阻隔传播等方面均表现出综合提升效果。
Given the integration governance project for Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Hubei Province,the effects of forest restoration and control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were studied to provide a reference for managing Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and for the ecological restoration of Pinus massoniana forests.Through a sample plot survey,the impact of the project implementation on stand structure,forest regeneration potential,biodiversity,and tree layer carbon sink capacity was analyzed,and the effectiveness of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus control was evaluated.The results showed that the integrated project governance enhanced forest regeneration capacity,with artificial regeneration capacity ranging from 76.96%to 95.02%and natural regeneration capacity ranging from 53.06%to 72.89%.Although it reduced the species richness of the main forest layer,it increased diversity and evenness,and significantly improved species richness and diversity in the regeneration and shrub layers;The results indicated that tree layer carbon storage decreased to varying degrees,but medium to long-term carbon storage increased significantly.The carbon sequestration per unit area of forest stands has been rising year by year,with the maximum difference expected to be 22.28 t CO_(2)·hm^(-2) by 2035.The four stand restoration modes implemented by the integration governance project can significantly reduce the infection rate of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,with a decrease range of 39.30%—100%.The integration governance project positively adjusts the structure of Pinus massoniana stands,stand regeneration,forest carbon sinks,and impedes propagation.
