工业智能化对产业链韧性的影响研究

摘要 提升产业链韧性是实现经济高质量发展和中国式现代化的重要内容。在人工智能重塑全球产业布局的背景下,基于2012—2020年中国城市层面的面板数据,实证检验工业智能化对产业链韧性的影响效应和作用机制。研究发现:工业智能化能够显著提升产业链韧性水平;工业智能化通过知识溢出效应、创新效应、新人力资源发展潜力效应和新产业发展动力效应机制,提升产业链韧性水平;工业智能化主要促进了中心城市、高人力资本城市和工业化阶段城市的产业链韧性水平;工业智能化对产业链韧性的提升具有显著的正向空间溢出效应。本研究为通过工业智能化转型,提升中国产业链韧性提供了政策启示和经验证据。中国应依托新一代人工智能技术,推动产业技术变革,促进地区工业智能化转型,加大人力资本投入,为工业智能化转型奠定坚实的人才基础,推动工业智能化区域协调均衡发展,充分发挥工业智能化对产业链韧性的赋能作用。 Improving the resilience of the industrial chain is an important part of achieving high-quality economic development and Chinese-style modernization.Under the background of artificial intelligence reshaping the global industrial layout,based on the panel data of China’s cities from 2012 to 2020,this paper empirically examines the impact of industrial intelligence on the resilience of industrial chain and its underlying mechanisms.The research finds that Industrial intelligence can significantly enhance the resilience level of the industrial chain.Industrial intelligence improves the resilience of the industrial chain through mechanisms such as knowledge spillover effect,innovation effect,new human resource development potential effect,and new industrial development momentum effect.Industrial intelligence primarily boosts the resilience of industrial chain in central cities,high-human-capital cities and cities in industrialization stage.Moreover,the improvement of industrial chain resilience by industrial intelligence has a significant positive spatial spillover effect.This study provides policy insights and empirical evidence on how to improve China’s industrial chain resilience through industrial intelligence transformation.China should promote industrial technological change and realize the transformation of regional industrial intelligence rely on the new generation of artificial intelligence technology,increase investment in human capital to lay a solid talent foundation for the intelligent transformation of industry,and promote the coordinated and balanced development of industrial intelligence in different regions to fully leverage its empowering role in enhancing the resilience of industrial chains.
