摘要
发展新型农村集体经济是实现农民农村共同富裕的有效途径。新型农村集体经济为整合分散资金资源资产提供条件,多元利益联结形成的利益共同体能够提升集体认同,促进集体行动发生,并达成共同富裕的最终目标。当前农村集体经济面临资源配置分散条件下价值转化难以实现、分散经营模式下多元主体利益联结难以稳定、集体主体缺位状态下集体行动陷入困境的结构性矛盾。系统性资源盘活、实现资源高效整合,构建多元利益联结、形成利益共同体,克服集体行动困境、推进集体行动的优化路径,能够助力农民农村实现“共建、共创、共享”富裕。
Developing a new rural collective economy is an effective path to achieving common prosperity for farmers and rural areas.It enables the integration of scattered funds,resources,and assets,forming interest communities through diversified interest linkages,enhancing collective identity,and promoting collective action to achieve common prosperity.Currently,rural collective economies face structural contradictions such as difficulty in value transformation under dispersed resource allocation,unstable interest linkages among diverse entities under decentralized operations,and collective action dilemmas due to the absence of collective subjects.Revitalizing resources systematically,efficiently integrating them,building diversified interest linkages to form interest communities,and overcoming collective action dilemmas can help realize co-construction,co-creation,and shared prosperity.
