混凝土裂缝自修复外加剂自愈合能力评价技术研究

摘要 混凝土在使用过程中常因裂缝影响其耐久性和承载力,传统的修复方法需要外部干预且成本较高。为评价混凝土裂缝自修复外加剂的自愈合能力,本文提出了一种新的裂缝预制方法和渗流一致性测试技术。通过对“先插”与“后插”两种基于阻断装置的裂缝预制技术进行比较,研究表明,后插方法结合PVC硬片和双面胶复合材料,能有效控制裂缝开度并减少透水数据的离散性。此外,设计了三板式可拆卸模具,提高了试件的成型精度和操作便捷性。该技术为混凝土裂缝自修复外加剂的性能评估提供了科学的试验基础,并推动了自愈合混凝土技术的应用和发展。 Cracks often impair the durability and load‑bearing capacity of concrete in service,while conventional repair methods require external intervention and entail high costs.To assess the self‑healing capacity of crack self‑healing admixtures in concrete,this paper introduces a novel crack‑prefabrication technique and a permeability‑consistency testing method.A comparison between two barrier‑based prefabrication schemes—“pre‑insert”and“post‑insert”—shows that the post‑insert scheme,which employs a composite of PVC rigid sheets and double‑sided adhesive,effectively controls crack width and reduces the dispersion of water‑permeability data.In addition,a three‑plate detachable mould was designed,enhancing specimen‑forming accuracy and operational convenience.This technique provides a scientific experimental basis for evaluating the performance of concrete crack self‑healing admixtures and advances the application and development of self‑healing concrete technologies.
