摘要
本研究以AI复制人在数字“复生”技术领域的应用为背景,聚焦科技与现实下其模糊生死边界与重塑伦理秩序的潜在影响。随着AI技术的快速发展,数字媒体赋予逝者以数字化“复生”的可能,使生者能够借助技术与逝者建立情感联系。这一新兴技术在带来情感慰藉的同时,也引发了伦理争议。本研究采用深度访谈与观察式参与相结合的方法,对10个长期使用AI复制人的家庭进行质性研究,并引入心率等身体监测数据,以多维度分析该技术对情感慰藉、心理健康与伦理结构的综合影响。本研究发现,AI复制人在短期内可有效缓解生者的情感创伤,帮助其度过悲伤初期,但若长期依赖,则易导致伦理意识的消解、对虚拟情感的过度依靠以及资本逻辑对哀悼过程的商业化、同质化侵蚀。基于此,本研究建议将AI复制人定位为短期情感过渡工具,限制其在情感支持领域的过度使用,并呼吁在技术应用过程中建立明确的伦理规范与监管机制,以实现情感关怀与伦理秩序的平衡发展,为相关政策制定与规范化应用提供理论参考。
This study is based on the application of AI replicas in the field of digital resurrection technology,focusing on the potential impact of blurring the boundary between life and death and reshaping ethical order in the context of technology and reality.With the rapid advancement of AI,digital media enables the deceased to be“resurrected”digitally,allowing the living to sustain emotional connections with the deceased through technology.This emerging technology brings emotional consolation,but also raises concerns about ethical controversies.Using qualitative methods,including in-depth interviews and observational participation with ten families who have long used AI replicas,as well as biometric indicators such as heart rate,this study analyzes their comprehensive impacts on emotional consolation,psychological health,and ethical structures.Findings show that AI replicas can effectively alleviate the emotional trauma of survivors in the short term and help them get through the early stages of sadness.However,prolonged reliance risks eroding ethical awareness,fostering over-dependence on virtual emotions,and subjecting mourning to the erosion of commercialization and homogenization by capital logic.The study recommends positioning AI replicas as short-term transitional tools,restricting their excessive use in the field of emotional support,and calling for the establishment of clear ethical standards and regulatory mechanisms in the process of technology application.These measures may achieve a balanced development of emotional care and ethical order,and provide theoretical reference for the formulation and standardized application of relevant policies.
