摘要
U肋加劲钢桥面板节段焊接属大型结构制造,预测其焊接残余应力与变形对提升焊接质量意义重大。本文基于有限元软件建模模拟焊接过程,将模拟结果与实际焊接对比,验证双椭球焊接热源模型及热工艺参数的合理性。通过提出12种焊接顺序方案并对比分析,发现方案三下焊接位移变形量最小,比方案五减少约20%,且焊缝层间冷却120 s时焊接变形最小,从而确定合理焊接顺序与冷却时间。此外,还揭示了该桥面板节段焊接与冷却的变形规律,明确室温下焊缝组织及等效残余应力分布特征。
The welding of U-rib stiffened steel bridge deck segments belongs to large-scale structure manufacturing.Predicting its welding residual stress and deformation was of great significance for improving welding quality.In this paper,finite element software was used to establish a model to simulate the welding process.The simulation results were compared with the actual welding to verify the rationality of the double-ellipsoidal welding heat source model and thermal process parameters.By proposing 12 welding sequence schemes and conducting comparative analysis,it was found that the welding displacement and deformation under Scheme 3 were the smallest,being approximately 20%less than those under Scheme 5.Moreover,when the inter-pass cooling time of the weld was 120 s,the welding deformation was the smallest,thus determining a reasonable welding sequence and cooling time.In addition,the deformation laws of the bridge deck segments during welding and cooling were revealed,and the distribution characteristics of the weld microstructure and equivalent residual stress at room temperature were clarified.
