摘要
针对目前焊接成型过程数值分析状况,文章介绍了焊接成型数值分析理论方法,对焊接温度场分析存在的问题及焊接残余应力和变形的影响因素与产生机理进行详细阐述,分析总结焊接成型数值分析过程存在的难点。针对这些难点,概述近年来新技术方法的应用情况及焊接成型数值分析的软件工具,提出今后的焊接成型数值分析的发展方向。
View of the current status of numerical analysis of welding molding process, this paper describes the numerical analysis theories of weld-molding, expounds the problems of welding temperature field analysis, and the factors and mechanism of welding residual stress and deformation, then summarizes the difficulties existing in the numerical analysis of weld-molding process. For these diffieulties,it introduces the application of new technological methods and available numerical analysis software tools of weld-molding in these years, and presents the development of numerical analysis of weld-molding in future.
