摘要
采用不同焊接技术对2205双相不锈钢进行焊接,研究焊接接头微观组织、力学性能和点蚀行为的演变。分析单面CO_(2)气体保护横对接焊、双面埋弧自动对接焊和手工焊条横对接焊对焊缝微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:针对3种不同的焊接技术,焊缝组织中铁素体和奥氏体的质量分数各保持在50%左右。双面埋弧自动对接焊接头表现出最优异的抗拉强度和冲击韧性。
This paper investigates the welding of 2205 duplex stainless steel using different welding techniques,focusing on the evolution of the microstructure,mechanical properties,and pitting corrosion behavior of the welded joints.The effects of single-sided CO_(2) gas-shielded butt welding,double-sided submerged arc automatic butt welding and nd manual shielded metal arc butt welding on the weld seam microstructure and mechanical properties are analyzed.The results show that for the three different welding techniques,the mass fractions of ferrite and austenite in the weld microstructure remain around 50%.And the double-sided submerged arc automatic butt weld joints display the best tensile strength and impact toughness.
