摘要
教学秘书是高校教学管理工作的重要参与者。新媒体时代,教学秘书的工作方法和工作内容也面临着新的变革。新媒体环境为教学秘书的工作开展带来了诸多便利,如便捷的沟通与交流方式等,但也带来了信息甄别与筛选、沟通协调与管理、教学资源整合、信息安全等问题。通过信息管理与利用创新、沟通协调创新、教学资源整合创新、信息安全保障创新和自身能力提升创新等创新策略,可有效提升教学秘书的工作效率和质量,更好地适应新媒体时代教育发展的需求。
Teaching secretaries are important participants in the teaching management work of colleges and universities.In the new media era,the working methods and contents of teaching secretaries are also facing new changes.The new media environment has brought many conveniences to the work of teaching secretaries,such as convenient communication and exchange methods,but it has also brought problems such as information discrimination and screening,communication coordination and management,teaching resource integration,and information security.Through innovative strategies such as information management and utilization innovation,communication and coordination innovation,teaching resource integration innovation,information security guarantee innovation,and self-capability improvement innovation,the work efficiency and quality of teaching secretaries can be effectively improved,and they can better adapt to the needs of educational development in the new media era.
