摘要
该研究采用定量定性相结合的方法对天津某高职院校12名教学秘书的工作压力与满意度进行分析。研究发现,工作压力与工作满意度之间存在负向关联,但相关性未达到显著水平。教学秘书面临的工作压力源主要包括工作量大、时间紧迫和角色冲突等,教学秘书对工作持基本满意态度。建议通过增强工作自主权、增强组织支持、优化晋升通道等策略提升其工作满意度。
This study used a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the work pressure and job satisfaction of 12 teaching secretaries in a higher vocational college in Tianjin.The study found that work pres-sure and job satisfaction have a negative correlation but are not significant.The work pressures faced by teaching secretaries mainly include large workload,tight time and role conflicts,and they have a basic satisfaction attitude towards work.It is recommended to improve their job satisfaction by clarifying their role,enhancing work au-tonomy,enhancing organizational support,and optimizing promotion paths.
