烧结矿转鼓强度关键因素影响机制及其调控技术研究

摘要 针对烧结矿转鼓强度的影响因素展开系统研究,通过调整原料配比、优化燃料粒度、控制布料厚度及烧结终点温度等关键工艺参数,探究各因素对烧结矿转鼓强度的作用机制。结果表明:精粉配加比例对烧结矿强度有显著影响,配加质量分数为15%的精粉时转鼓指数达69%,较基准提升13.3%,但过量添加会因透气性下降导致强度降低;燃料粒度为3~5 mm时,转鼓指数最高为73.1%,粒度过大或过细均不利于强度提升;布料厚度增加至1 000 mm时,转鼓指数升至74.33%,同时固体燃耗降低至43 kg/t,成品矿粒度分布得到改善;烧结终点温度为440℃时,转鼓指数达到峰值70.2%,温度过高则导致过熔现象,使得强度降低。通过多因素协同优化,明确了提升烧结矿转鼓强度的工艺路径,为高炉的稳定运行及降本增效提供了理论支持。 The influencing factors of sinter ore drum strength are systematically investigated,and the key process parameters,such as raw material ratio,fuel size optimization,fabric thickness and sintering end temperature,are adjusted to investigate the mechanism of their effects on the sinter ore drum strength.The results show that the proportion of fine powder significantly affects the strength of sintered ore,and the drum index reaches 69%when 15%fine powder is added,which is 13.3%higher than the benchmark.However,the strength is reduced due to the decrease of air permeability;when the fuel particle size is 3~5 mm,the drum index is the highest at 73.1%,and the particle size is too large or too fine,which is not conducive to the improvement of strength;when the thickness of the cloth is increased to 1000 mm,the drum index rises to 74.33%,and at the same time,the solid combustion consumption is reduced to 43 kg-t,and the particle size distribution of the finished product is improved;the sintering end temperature is 440℃,the drum index reaches 70.2%,which is the peak,and the sintering end temperature is 440℃.The drum index peaked at 70.2%,and too high a temperature led to the phenomenon of over-melting,resulting in a reduction of strength.The study clarifies the process path to improve the strength of sinter ore drum through multi-factor synergistic optimization,which provides theoretical support for the stable operation of blast furnace and cost reduction and efficiency.
