摘要
采用微型烧结和烧结杯设备对柳钢常用铁矿石的烧结基础特性和单烧性能进行了实验研究,并分析了铁矿粉性质、粒度组成与垂直烧结速度、转鼓指数之间的关系。结果表明:垂直烧结速度大体上与铁矿粉的平均粒度成正比,与-1 mm、1~0.25 mm粒级成反比,但不同矿种之间亦有一定区别,并非绝对的线性关系;"Z系数"与烧结矿的转鼓指数成一定的正比关系,但对于个别矿粉应用"Z系数"仍存在一定误差,还需要大量研究进行修正。
The basic performances and single sintering of iron ores were carried out using micro - sintering equipment and sintering pot, as well as the relationships between characteristics of iron ores, particle size distribution and vertical sintering speed, tumble index were also investigated. The results show that the vertical sintering speed is proportional to the average particle size, and inversely proportional to the content of less than 1 mm and 1 -0.25 mm, but there is also some differences between differem types of ores, the linear relationship is not absolute. Z coefficient is proportional to the tumble index, however, the Z coefficient exist errors when it is applied to some individual iron ores, this means there are still lots of work need to be done to revise.
