摘要
基于邯钢新区400 m^(2)烧结机的实际生产情况,借鉴同行业的成功降耗经验,该烧结机采取了厚料层操作、偏析布料、热风烧结、强化烧结生产管理、充分利用钢铁副产品及推进设备改造等措施,使该烧结机的固体燃耗指标得到了大幅度改善,取得良好的社会经济效益。
Based on the actual production situation of the 400 m2 sintering machine in the new area of HBIS Group Hansteel Company,and drawing on the successful energy-saving experiences of the same industry,this sintering machine has adopted measures such as thick material layer operation,segregation distribution,hot air sintering,strengthening the management of sintering production,fully utilizing steel by-products,and promoting equipment transformation.Through a series of measures,the solid fuel consumption index of this sintering machine has been significantly improved,achieving good social and economic benefits.
