多维度提升镍矿烧结转鼓强度实践

PRACTICE ON MULTI-DIMENSIONAL IMPROVEMENT OF TUMBLING INDEX OF NICKEL ORE SINTERING

摘要 在全球不锈钢行业低迷时期,镍铁冶炼铁前系统作为降本增效的前沿阵地,其原燃料是降本增效的关键。镍矿烧结作为镍铁冶炼的原料,其冶金性能跟普矿烧结有很大区别,其关键指标中转鼓指数是最明显的差异。镍矿烧结需要兼顾镍、铬含量的同时还需要考虑品位、碱度等问题,再加上红土镍矿中铝含量偏高等特性,导致其转鼓指数基本上处于60%以内的水平,远远低于普矿烧结转鼓指数(78%左右)。为了给高炉长期稳定运行以及降本增效提供一个好的条件,通过多维度提高烧结转鼓指数,相关措施包括蒸汽加热、原料精细管理、富氧点火适当提高碱度等。通过努力,镍矿烧结转鼓从56%提高到65%的水平,效果明显。 In the period of depression in the global stainless steel industry,the sintering system in front of nickel iron smelting has become the forefront reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and its raw materials are the key to reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Nickel ore sintering,as the raw material for nickel iron smel,has significant differences in metallurgical properties from common ore sintering,and its key indicator,the tumbling index,is the most obvious.Nickel ore sintering to take into account the content of nickel and chromium,as well as factors such as grade and alkalinity.Coupled with the high aluminum content in laterite nickel ore,tumbling index is basically at a level of less than 60%,which is much lower than that of common ore sintering(around 78%).In order to provide a good condition for the long-term stable operation and cost reduction of blast furnace,our company has improved the tumbling index of sintering from multiple dimensions,steam heating,fine management of raw materials,and appropriately increasing the alkalinity by oxygen-rich ignition.Through our efforts,the tumbling index of our company's nickel sintering has been improved from 56%to 65%,and the effect is obvious.
