摘要
为了提升煤矿井下定向钻探施工安全性、提高定向钻机自动化程度和钻进效率、降低井下工人的工作强度,设计开发了6 000 N·m全自动定向钻机。该钻机适用于煤矿井下大直径中深瓦斯抽放孔及其他工程孔的施工,具备低转速大转矩、远程遥控及全自动钻进施工功能。通过电液控制技术实现了自动调节工具面和自动开分支等功能,大幅提升了定向钻进施工便利性;采用一体化设计,性能先进、工艺适应性强、安全可靠、移动搬迁方便。工业性试验结果表明,该钻机在作业过程中稳定性高、故障率低、操作方便,有效减少了钻探施工人员数量,减轻了工人劳动强度,为煤矿井下的安全生产提供了可靠的保障。
In order to improve the safety of directional drilling in coal mine,improve the automation degree and drilling efficiency of directional drilling rig,and reduce the work intensity of underground workers,a 6000 N·m automatic directional drilling rig was designed and developed.This drilling rig is suitable for the construction of large-diameter medium-deep gas drainage holes and other engineering holes in coal mine,and has the functions of low speed and high torque,remote control and automatic drilling construction.Through the electro-hydraulic control technology,achieves automatic adjustment tool face and automatic branch and other functions,and greatly improves the directional drilling construction convenience.It uses the integrated design,has advanced performance and strong process adaptability,is safe and reliable,and is easy to move.The industrial test results show that during operation precess,this drilling rig has high stability,low failure rate and convenient operation,effectively reduces the number of drilling construction personnel,greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,and provides a reliable guarantee for the safe production of underground coal mine.
