摘要
针对水平井钻进时螺杆钻具定向效率低、旋转导向使用成本高这一难题,研制了一种螺杆钻具定向时可旋转钻柱的旋转定向钻井工具。基于螺杆钻具反扭矩振动特性分析,提出产生自适应扭矩以自动平衡螺杆钻具反扭矩的技术思路,解决了工具面不稳定的技术难题。设计了增压结构,满足了井下复杂对高扭矩的需求。结合理论方法和现场数据,建立了底部钻具组合压耗和摩阻扭矩计算模型,提高了旋转定向工具的控制精度。现场应用表明,该工具扭矩平衡原理可行、机械结构设计合理,实际钻井条件下可有效稳定工具面,提高机械钻速,实现旋转定向钻进、复合钻进以及常规定向钻进三种状态,具有部分替代旋转导向的良好前景。
A Rotary Slide Drilling(RSD)tool has been developed to address the challenges of low ROP of motor drilling and high cost of rotary steering drilling.Based on the analysis of the vibration characteristics of active torque,a technical idea of generating adaptive torque to automatically balance motor active torque is proposed,which solves the technical problem of unstable tool face.The pressure improvement can meet high torque demand of down hole complex.By combining theoretical methods and on-site data,a calculation model for the pressure loss and frictional torque of BHA was established,which improved the control accuracy of RSD.The on-site test results show that the RSD tool has a feasible working principle and reasonable structural design.It can effectively stabilize the tool face,reduce friction,and improve ROP.It has achieved three states of rotary directional drilling,composite drilling,and conventional directional drilling,and has a good prospect of partially replacing rotary guidance.
