摘要
优化设计了一种油液实时监控与强制冷却的电控钻机液压系统,可实时监控并预警油液污染度及乳化状态,全过程对钻机油液系统冷却,且同时可减少现有回油滤油器数量,缩小冷却器体积,提高油液系统热平衡效率,降低系统压损,为电控钻机的油液系统管控提供新的解决思路,降低电控钻机液压系统故障排查难度及维修保养成本,提高其综合效率。
Optimized and designed a hydraulic system of electric controlled drilling rig with real-time oil monitoring and forced cooling,which can monitor and warn the oil pollution and emulsification state in real time,cool the oil system in the whole process,reduce the number of existing oil return filters,reduce the volume of coolers,improve the heat balance efficiency of oil system,reduce the system pressure loss,and provide a new solution for the oil system management and control of electric controlled drilling rig,reduce the difficulty of troubleshooting and maintenance cost of hydraulic system of electric controlled drilling rig,and improve its comprehensive efficiency.
