煤矿综采工作面智能电液控制系统设计与应用试验

摘要 针对煤矿综采工作面传统电液控制系统存在控制精度低、智能化不足等问题,对煤矿综采工作面智能电液控制功能要求进行分析,融合传感检测技术、人工智能技术及自动控制技术,实现了对综采工作面液压支架状态数据实时采集。经在煤矿井下综采工作面现场安装和应用试验后表明,综采工作面智能电液控制系统可实时显示液压支架的位置角度,实现了设备的精准控制,液压支架自动对工作面直线度进行调整,全工作面的直线度误差<300 mm,满足煤矿控制精度要求。 Aiming at the traditional electro-hydraulic control system of comprehensive mining face in coal mine,there are problems such as low control precision and insufficient intelligence,analyzing the functional requirements of intelligent electro-hydraulic control of comprehensive mining face in coal mine,integrating sensing and detection technology,artificial intelligence technology and automatic control technology,and realizing real-time acquisition of hydraulic bracket status data of comprehensive mining face.After installation and application test in the field of comprehensive mining face in coal mine,it shows that the intelligent electro-hydraulic control system of comprehensive mining face can display the position angle of hydraulic support in real time,realizing the precise control of the equipment,and the hydraulic support automatically adjusts the straightness of the working face,and the straightness error of the whole working face is<300 mm,which meets the requirements of control accuracy in coal mine.
