摘要
新时代背景下,高职院校教师的发展已成为提升职业教育质量的关键。当前高职院校对于教师的评价存在重结果轻发展、评价内容分层分类不足、评价主体单一、评价方法僵化,涉农高职院校还缺少在农业相关领域工作内容的评价指标等问题。因此该文以教师发展为目标,从评价理念、评价内容、评价主体、评价方法和涉农高职院校教师发展特殊要求等方面,探索和分析科学、合理的教师发展评价体系。
In the new era,the development of teachers in vocational colleges has become the key to improving the quality of vocational education.At present,the evaluation of teachers in vocational colleges has problems such as focusing on results and neglecting development,insufficient stratification and classification of evaluation content,single evaluation subject,rigid evaluation methods,and lack of evaluation indicators for work content in agriculture-related fields in vocational colleges.Therefore,based on teacher development goals,this paper explores and analyzes a scientific and reasonable teacher development evaluation system from aspects such as evaluation concepts,evaluation content,evaluation subjects,evaluation methods,and special requirements for teacher development in agriculture-related vocational colleges.
