摘要
职教师资是职业教育发展的基础性保障,建设高水平职教师资队伍是健全国家现代化职教制度、促进职业院校改革升级的关键所在。新中国成立七十年来,我国职教师资培养经历了从依附到独立,从滞后到平稳多元发展的历史演进。虽然职业教育在培养体系、培养路径、培养质量等诸多方面取得了一定成绩,但职教师资培养与职业教育发展仍存在培养的专业内容与方式有待更新、培养院校的规模有待扩展以及企业作用有待重视等不足。进入新时代,我国职业教育正朝着现代化、国际化和信息化方向发展,我国应从完善培养体系与专业标准、深化培养模式全方位改革、进一步完善培养的相关制度体系这三方面来健全职教师资培养体系。
The vocational teaching staff is the basic guarantee for the development of vocational education.The construction of high⁃level vocational teaching staff is the key to improving the national modern vocational education systemand promoting the upgrading of the reformin vocational colleges.In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the training of vocational teachers in China has experienced a historical evolution fromdependence to independence,and from lagging⁃behind to development.Although vocational education has achieved certain accomplishments in many aspects such as the training system,training path,and training quality,deficiencies also exist,such as insufficient updating of the training content and methods,deficient expansion of the scale of training institutions,and inadequate attention on the role of enterprises.In the new era,China's vocational education is developing in the direction of modernization,internationalization,and informatization.Therefore,three aspects should be stressed to improve vocational teacher training system,namely,improving the training system and professional standards,deepening the all⁃round reform of the training model,and further improving the relevant system of training.
