摘要
新时代背景下,农村社会面临传统风险与现代风险交织叠加的现实状况,风险防控面临严峻的现实挑战。风险防控智慧化依托物联网、大数据、人工智能等新兴数字技术,是有效提升风险防控效能的实践所需。当前,农村地区风险防控智慧化还存在着数字基础设施薄弱、体系碎片化及人才数字素养不足等现实挑战,必须强化数字基础设施建设,优化数据共享、完善人才培育等路径,才能顺应农村社会风险多元化趋势,回应乡村振兴与总体国家安全观的要求。
In the new era,rural society is facing the reality of the interweaving of traditional risks and modern risks,and risk prevention and control faces severe practical challenges.Intelligent risk prevention and control relies on emerging digital technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and AI,and is a practical need to effectively improve the effectiveness of risk prevention and control.At present,intelligent risk prevention and control in rural areas still faces practical challenges such as weak digital infrastructure,fragmented systems and insufficient digital literacy of talents.Only by strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,optimizing data sharing and improving talent cultivation paths can we adapt to rural society.The trend of diversification of risks responds to the requirements of rural revitalization and the overall national security concept.
