摘要
文章旨在通过系统剖析福建省漳浦县农村集体经济的发展实践,为农村集体经济高质量发展提供有益借鉴。福建省漳浦县兼具山海特色,区域发展差异明显。文章以漳浦县为例,通过实地调研和数据分析,梳理了漳浦县农村集体经济的发展现状、主要收入来源及存在问题。结果表明,漳浦县农村集体经济具有收入相对较高、区位差距较大和收支运行整体平稳的特点,且收入来源呈现多元化趋势,但在发展基础、管理人才和帮扶政策等方面仍存在短板。基于此,提出拓宽村集体经济发展路径、加强政策扶持、强化人才支撑和完善集体资产监督管理等对策建议。
This paper aimed to systematically analyze the development practice of rural collective economy in Zhangpu County,Fujian Province,and provide useful reference for the high-quality development of rural collective economy.Zhangpu County of Fujian Province had the characteristics of both mountain and sea,and the regional development was obviously different.By taking Zhangpu County as the example,the development status,main income sources and existing problems of rural collective economy in Zhangpu County were combed out through the field investigation and data analysis in this paper.The results showed that:the rural collective economy in Zhangpu County had the characteristics of relatively high income,large regional gap and overall stable operation of income and expenditure,and the source of income showed a trend of diversification.However,there were still shortcomings in terms of development foundation,management talents and support policies.Based on this,some countermeasures were put forward including broadening the development path of village collective economy,strengthening the policy support,strengthening the talent support and improving the supervision and management of collective assets.
