苍术提取物对白羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Atractylodes extract on growth performance,meat quality,and serum biochemical indices of White-feathered broilers

摘要 试验旨在探究苍术提取物(AE)对白羽肉鸡生长性能、肉品质及血清生化指标的影响。选取1日龄健康的白羽肉鸡450只,随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复30只鸡(均为雄性)。对照组(CK组)饲喂基础饲粮,LAE组和HAE组分别在基础饲粮中添加150 mg/kg和300 mg/kg AE。试验期42 d。结果显示,与CK组相比,HAE组21日龄白羽肉鸡体重显著升高(P<0.05),LAE组和HAE组42日龄体重显著升高(P<0.05)。1~21日龄HAE组平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05);22~42日龄、1~42日龄LAE组和HAE组平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),HAE组料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,HAE组全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均显著升高(P<0.05);胸肌蒸煮损失和24 h滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05),pH24 h值显著升高(P<0.05);LAE组和HAE组胸肌48 h滴水损失显著降低(P<0.05)。与CK组相比,LAE组和HAE组血清超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性及高密度脂蛋白含量、总抗氧化能力显著升高(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白、丙二醛含量及谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性显著降低(P<0.05);HAE组血清过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮添加AE可以提高白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和血清抗氧化能力,以添加300 mg/kg为宜。 The study aimed to investigate the effects of Atractylodes extract(AE)on the growth performance,meat quality,and serum biochemical indices of White-feathered broilers.A total of 450 one-day-old healthy White-feathered broilers were randomly divided into three groups with five replicates per group and 30 chickens per replicate(All male).The control group(CK group)was fed a basal diet,while the LAE and HAE groups were supplemented with 150 and 300 mg/kg AE in the basal diet,respectively.The test period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the CK group,the body weight of 21-day-old White-feathered broilers in the HAE group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the body weight of 42-day-old in the LAE and HAE groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain in the HAE group aged one to 21 days was significantly increased(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain in the LAE and HAE groups at the ages of 22 to 42 days and one to 42 days was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to gain ratio in the HAE group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the CK group,the eviscerating percentage,pectoral muscle rate,and leg muscle rate in the HAE group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The cooking loss and the 24-hour drip loss of breast muscles were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the pH24 h value was significantly increased(P<0.05).The 48-hour drip loss of pectoral muscles in the LAE and HAE groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the CK group,the activities of serum superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,the content of high-density lipoprotein,and the total antioxidant capacity of broilers in the LAE and HAE groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of low-density lipoprotein,malondialdehyde,and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of serum catalase of the HAE group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary AE supplementation enhances growth performance,slaughter performance,and serum antioxidant capacity in broilers,with 300 mg/kg identified as the optimal dosage.
