摘要
高脂血症是体内脂类代谢紊乱导致血脂水平增高的一种疾病,并由此引发一系列临床病理表现的病症,如心肌梗死、心脏猝死、糖尿病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化等。决明子作为传统中药凭借其药源丰富、降脂作用温和、疗效确切稳定、多层次、多靶点等优点逐渐成为研究的热点。通过对决明子相关文献的查阅,对近年来相关研究中所提及的中药决明子降脂的有效成分、有效成分的提取方法以及其降脂作用机制进行综述,为决明子降脂作用的进一步研究及其开发利用提供参考。
Hyperlipidemia is a lipid metabolism disorder disease which leads to increased blood lipid levels,and thus triggering a series of clinical and pathological manifestations of the disease,such as myocardial infarction,sudden cardiac death,diabetes,hypertension and atherosclerosis,etc. Semen Cassiae as a traditional Chinese medicine by virtue of its rich source of drugs,mild lipid-lowering effect,reliable and stable curative effect,multi-levels,multi-targets advantages,gradually becomes a hot spot of research. This paper reviews the relevant literature of Semen Cassia and summarizes the effective components,the extraction methods of effective components and lipid-lowering mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine Semen Cassia in the recent years to provide a reference for further research and development and utilization of Semen Cassiae.
