摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮中添加中草药或植物单宁对仔猪生长性能和腹泻的影响。选取(7.67±1.21)kg左右的仔猪360头,按照体重一致、公母各半的原则随机分为3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复24头仔猪,试验期28 d。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,中草药组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加中草药1000 mg/kg的饲粮,植物单宁组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加植物单宁700 mg/kg的饲粮。结果表明:1)与对照组和植物单宁组相比,中草药组日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);2)中草药组腹泻率和腹泻指数显著低于对照组和植物单宁组(P<0.05)。试验结果表明在该试验条件下,饲粮中添加中草药1000 mg/kg可显著提高仔猪的生长性能,减少腹泻。
This study was designed to investigate the growth performance and diarrhea effects of Chinese herbal medicine and plant tannin on piglets.A total of 360 piglets with an average initial BW of(7.67±1.21)kg was randomly grouped to 3 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 24 piglets per pen.A completely randomized design(CRD)with control group(CG,no butyrate),plant tannin group(PTG,700 mg/kg plant tannin),Chinese herbal medicine group(CHG,1000 mg/kg Chinese herbal medicine).The results showed that:1)Compared with the control group and plant tannin group,Chinese herbal medicine group average daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio increased significantly(P<0.05).2)The diarrhea rate and diarrhea index of the Chinese herbal medicine were significantly lower than control group and plant tannin group(P<0.05).These results suggested that dietary 1000 mg/kg Chinese herbal medicine supplementation increased growth performance and reduced diarrhea.
