辣木对奶牛生产性能、血清抗氧化指标和瘤胃发酵参数影响的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis on Effects of Moringa oleifera on ProductionPerformance, Serum Antioxidant Indexes and RumenFermentation Parameters of Dairy Cows

摘要 本研究旨在通过Meta分析探讨饲粮中添加辣木对奶牛生产性能、血清抗氧化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响。计算机检索ScienceDirect、Google Scholar等数据库中关于辣木对奶牛生产性能、血清抗氧化指标和瘤胃发酵参数影响的研究文献,检索年限从数据库起始年至2024年7月,共检索到文献1 417篇,按照纳入与排除标准对文献进行筛选后,最终纳入15篇,共计样本412例,所纳入的研究均为随机对照试验。采用Review Manager 5.4与Stata/MP17.0软件进行Meta分析。结果表明:饲粮中添加辣木可以极显著提高奶牛的产奶量[标准化均数差(SMD)=0.47,95%的置信区间(CI):0.11~0.82,P=0.010]、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(SMD=1.84,95%CI:0.64~3.03,P=0.003)、血清超氧化物歧化酶活性(SMD=0.89,95%CI:0.31~1.46,P=0.002)、血清抗氧化能力(SMD=1.10,95%CI:0.62~1.57,P<0.001),显著提高血清过氧化氢酶活性(SMD=0.97,95%CI:0.03~1.92,P=0.040)。饲粮中添加辣木可以极显著降低奶牛的乳体细胞数目(SMD=-1.01,95%CI:-1.61~-0.41,P=0.001)和血清丙二醛含量(SMD=-1.12,95%CI:-1.74~-0.49,P<0.001)。饲粮中添加辣木有助于提高奶牛瘤胃氨态氮(SMD=0.43,95%CI:-0.54~1.40,P=0.380)和丙酸浓度(SMD=0.39,95%CI:-0.15~0.93,P=0.160)。亚组分析结果表明,长期饲喂(≥71 d)辣木的效果优于短期饲喂效果(<71 d);通过替代方式添加辣木的效果优于额外添加辣木的效果。敏感性分析和发表偏倚分析表示本研究结果具有稳定性和可靠性。综上所述,饲粮中添加辣木可以显著提高奶牛的生产性能、血清抗氧化功能,改善奶牛瘤胃发酵环境。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Moringa oleifera supplementation on production performance,serum antioxidant indexes and rumen fermentation parameters of dairy cows through Meta-analysis.A computer search of ScienceDirect,Google Scholar and other databases on the effects of moringa on dairy cow production performance,serum antioxidant indexes and rumen fermentation was retrieved from the beginning of the database to July 2024,a total of 1417 articles were retrieved,and after screening the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,15 articles were finally included,with a total sample of 412 cases,and the included studies were all randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.4 and Stata/MP17.0 software.The results showed that dietary Moringa oleifera supplementation significantly increased milk yield[standardized mean difference(SMD)=0.47,95%confidence interval(CI):0.11 to 0.82,P=0.010]and serum glutathione peroxidase activity(SMD=1.84,95%CI:0.64 to 3.03,P=0.003),serum superoxide dismutase activity(SMD=0.89,95%CI:0.31 to 1.46,P=0.002),serum antioxidant capacity(SMD=1.10,95%CI:0.62 to 1.57,P<0.001),significantly increased serum catalase activity(SMD=0.97,95%CI:0.03 to 1.92,P=0.040).Dietary Moringa oleifera significantly decreased milk somatic cell number(SMD=-1.01,95%CI:-1.61 to-0.41,P=0.001)and serum malondialdehyde content(SMD=-1.12,95%CI:-1.74 to-0.49,P<0.001)of dairy cows.Adding Moringa oleifera to the diet could increase the ammonia nitrogen content in the rumen of dairy cows(SMD=0.43,95%CI:-0.54-1.40,P=0.380)and the propionate concentration(SMD=0.39,95%CI:-0.15-0.93,P=0.160).The results of subgroup analysis showed that long-term feeding(≥71 days)of Moringa oleifera had a better effect than short-term feeding(<71 days).Adding Moringa oleifera by alternative means is better than adding additional Moringa oleifera.Sensitivity analysis and publication bias analysis indicated that the results of this study were stable and reliable.In summary,the addition of Moringa oleifera to the diet can significantly improve the production performance,serum antioxidant function,and rumen fermentation environment of dairy cows.
