摘要
出院准备状态作为影响医疗决策及康复效果的关键因素,已成为临床研究的重要议题。本文从失智症患者主要照顾者出院准备度概念、研究现状、评估工具、影响因素和干预措施进行综述,旨在为我国失智症患者照顾者出院准备度的评估和干预研究提供参考。
As a key factor affecting medical decision-making and rehabilitation effect,hospital discharge readiness has become an important topic in clinical research.This paper reviews the concept,research status,assessment tools,in‐fluencing factors and interventions of discharge readiness of primary caregivers of dementia patients,aiming to provide ref‐erence for the assessment and intervention studies of discharge readiness of caregivers of dementia patients in China.
