摘要
目的:分析老年胆结石病人围术期决策疲劳潜在剖面及影响因素。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年1月我院收治的接受手术治疗的182例老年胆结石病人为调查对象,使用基本情况问卷、决策疲劳量表、决策自我效能量表、决策准备量表、领悟社会支持量表、状态特质焦虑问卷进行调查,分析病人决策疲劳的潜在剖面并探讨其影响因素。结果:老年胆结石病人围术期决策疲劳得分(17.95±7.07)分,可分为低决策疲劳型(25.83%)、中决策疲劳型(29.12%)和高决策疲劳型(45.05%);无序多分类Logistic回归分析显示,女性、年龄、文化程度、参与过医疗决策、决策自我效能、决策准备、领悟社会支持、状态焦虑、特质焦虑是老年胆结石病人围术期决策疲劳潜在剖面的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年胆结石病人围术期决策疲劳处于中等水平,且存在个体差异,临床医护人员可结合病人决策疲劳剖面的影响因素进行相应干预。
Objective:To analyze the latent profile and influencing factors of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones.Methods:A total of 182 elderly patients with gallstones who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The General Information Questionnaire,Decision Fatigue Scale,Decision-making Self-Efficacy Scale,Decision-making Readiness Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory were used for the survey.The latent profile of patients'decision fatigue was analyzed and its influencing factors were explored.Results:The score of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones was(17.95±7.07),which could be divided into low-decision fatigue type(25.83%),medium-decision fatigue type(29.12%),and high-decision fatigue type(45.05%).Unordered multiple-classification Logistic regression analysis showed that female gender,age,educational level,participation in medical decision-making,decision-making self-efficacy,decision-making readiness,perceived social support,state anxiety,and trait anxiety were influencing factors of the latent profile of perioperative decision fatigue in elderly patients with gallstones(P<0.05).Conclusions:The perioperative decision fatigue of elderly patients with gallstones is at a medium level,and there are individual differences.Clinical medical staff can carry out corresponding interventions based on the influencing factors of decision fatigue profile of patients.
