摘要
扬长教育强调以人为本,聚焦发现学生的长处,契合高职教育对技术技能型人才多元化、个性化培养的诉求。通过分析扬长教育的内涵与理论基础,剖析当前高职院校在实施扬长教育过程中面临的理念认知、实施路径、学生主体等方面的困境及成因,并结合相关院校的实践经验,提出有针对性的解决对策,以推动扬长教育在高职院校的有效实施,助力高职学生实现个性化发展和职业价值。
Advantages-developing education emphasizes people-oriented principles,focuses on identifying students′strengths,and aligns with the demands of higher vocational education for diversified and personalized cultivation of technical and skilled talents.By analyzing the connotation and theoretical basis of advantages-developing education,this paper explores the dilemmas and causes of conceptual cognition,implementation path,and student subjectivity in the implementation of advantages-developing education in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward targeted countermeasures based on the practical experience of relevant colleges,so as to promote the effective implementation of advantages-developing education in higher vocational colleges,and facilitate the personalized development and realization of professional values of higher vocational college students.
