摘要
随着智慧农业理念的深入推广,植保无人机社会化服务作为农业数字化转型的关键载体,正成为推动农业现代化的重要力量。系统梳理当前植保无人机服务在政策驱动、技术融合、市场结构与运营模式等方面的实践现状,深度剖析其在理念认知、技术集成、成本效益和制度保障等维度面临的关键瓶颈,并基于智慧农业系统性思维,提出强化顶层设计、突破技术壁垒、完善制度保障的三维策略框架,可以为构建“数据驱动、精准高效、绿色可持续”的现代植保服务体系提供理论支持与实践路径。
With the deepening promotion of the smart agriculture concept,commercial crop protection drone services,serving as a key enabler for agricultural digital transformation,are becoming a vital force driving agricultural modernization.This paper systematically reviews the current status of crop protection drone services regarding policy drivers,technological integration,market structure,and operational models.It deeply analyzes the key bottlenecks they face across dimensions such as conceptual understanding,technology integration,cost-effectiveness,and institutional safeguards.Guided by the systemic thinking of intelligent agriculture,the paper proposes a three-dimensional strategic framework centered on strengthening top-level design,breaking through technological barriers,and improving institutional safeguards.This framework can provide theoretical support and practical pathways for constructing a modern crop protection service system characterized as"data-driven,precision-enabled,and green-sustainable."
