摘要
利用扫描电镜对不同工艺均匀化处理后的5182铝合金铸锭组织中的第二相进行观察和统计。利用电导仪和维氏硬度计对均匀化处理后样品的导电率和硬度进行测试。结果表明,当均匀化温度较低,保温时间较短时,组织中存在着较多的非平衡共晶相Al_(3)Mg_(2)(或Al_(8)Mg_(5))相,随着均匀化温度的升高和保温时间的延长,该相逐渐溶解,铸锭组织中的Mg 2Si相会趋于圆润化,而铸锭组织中含Fe相的面积分数始终保持在0.75%左右不变。延长均匀化时间,可使5182铝合金的导电率降低,提升均匀化效果,随着均匀化温度升高,导电率先升高后降低。对于硬度,在较低的均匀化温度下,随着保温时间由5 h延长至10 h,硬度逐渐升高,而在较高的均匀化温度下,硬度反而降低,但始终高于低均匀化温度下的硬度。
The second phases in the microstructure of 5182 aluminum alloy ingots subjected to homogenizing with different processes were observed and statistically analyzed using a scanning electron microscope(SEM).The electrical conductivity and hardness of the specimens after homogenization were tested by using conductometer and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that when the homogenizing temperature is low and the holding time is short,there are many non-equilibrium eutectic phases such as Al_(3)Mg_(2)(or Al_(8)Mg_(5))in the microstructure.These phases gradually dissolve with the increase of homogenizing temperature and the extension of holding time.The Mg 2Si phase in the ingot microstructure tends to become rounder,while the area fraction of Fe-containing phases in the ingot microstructure remains approximately 0.75%unchanged.Extending the homogenizing time can reduce the conductivity of the 5182 aluminum alloy and enhance the homogenizing effect.As the homogenizing temperature increases,the conductivity first increases and then decreases.Regarding hardness,at lower homogenizing temperatures,as the holding time is extended from 5 h to 10 h,the hardness gradually increases.However,at higher homogenization temperatures,the hardness decreases,but it is still higher than that at lower homogenizing temperatures.
