摘要
采用工业铝合金 5 1 82就一款汽车上的前挡泥板零件进行了超塑成形的试验研究。根据零件的形状特点确定使用超塑气压胀形工艺 ,并进行了模具型腔曲面设计和模具结构设计。应用数值模拟的方法对型腔曲面设计进行了优化 ,使预测出成形零件所需的变形量处在材料的变形能力之内。最终的成形试验结果表明 ,成形工艺和模具设计合理可行。
An experimental study on superplastic forming of a front fender is presented in this paper. The sheet material used for the forming experiment is commercial aluminum alloy sheet 5182. Based on the shape characters of the front fender, superplastic bulging process is chosen and the shape surface and structure designs are carried out. A numerical simulation of superplastic bulging processing of the front fender is carried out and the die shape surface is improved. Last forming test shows the designed processing and dies for suplerplastic bulging of the front fender are reasonable and feasible.
