摘要
采用金相组织观察、硬度测试、能谱分析等手段,对经均匀化处理的4043铝合金铸锭进行组织观察与性能测试。结果表明,4043铝合金铸锭枝晶偏析较严重,晶界上存在多种非平衡共晶相如共晶Si、颗粒状单质Si、β-AlFeSi。经550℃×10 h均匀化处理后合金中偏析基本消除,针状β-AlFeSi相向α-AlFeSi相的转变完成,Si相尺寸最小,力学性能最佳。均匀化过程中的扩散动力学分析结果与均匀化处理制度基本一致。
The microstructure and properties of 4043 aluminum alloy ingot after homogenization treatment were inves⁃tigated by means of metallographic observation,hardness test and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that 4043 aluminum alloy ingot exhibits severe dendritic segregation with various non-equilibrium eutectic phases on the grain boundary,such as eutectic silicon,granular elemental silicon,andβ-AlFeSi.After homogenization at 550℃for 10 h,the segregation in the alloy is basically eliminated,and the transformation of acicularβ-AlFeSi phase toα-AlFeSi phase is completed,where the size of Si phase reaches the minimum value,and mechanical properties are optimal.The results of diffusion dynamics analysis in homogenization process are basically consistent with homogeniza⁃tion treatment scheme.
