摘要
[目的]固定式基础海上风机安装作业涉及到塔筒、机舱、叶片等多个环节的施工,每个作业环节因设备故障或者人为因素等都可能导致整体作业延时。为了降低作业界面发生故障的概率,提高安装作业效率,对施工过程进行风险分析十分必要。[方法]基于故障树分析方法,针对风机安装流程各作业界面发生计划外事件以及导致作业延时的问题,建立故障树,分别对安装作业各施工界面形成的二级基础事件进行故障分析,得出作业界面失效概率值。同时,分析底事件的概率重度,并依据计算结果提出风险控制方案。[结果]分别进行各施工界面失效概率分析和关键底事件概率重要度分析,得出了影响各施工界面进度的失效因子和综合失效概率值,根据失效因子影响因素提供合理控制方案。[结论]所提控制方案可用于指导海上风机安装作业,降低风机安装延时概率。
[Purpose]The installation of a fixed foundation offshore wind turbine involves several stages of construction,including the installation of the tower,the wind turbine and the blades.Each operation process may cause the overall operation to be delayed due to equipment failure or human factors.In order to reduce the probability of work interface failure and improve the installation efficiency,it is essential to conduct a risk analysis of the construction process.[Method]Based on the fault tree analysis method,a fault tree is established to address unplanned events and delays in various installation interfaces.Secondary basic events at each construction interface are analyzed to determine the probability of interface failure.In addition,the probability importance of the basic events is analyzed and risk control measures are proposed based on the results.[Result]The probability of failure of each construction interface and the probability importance of the main basic events are analysed,and the failure factors affecting the progress of each interface and the overall probability of failure are identified.Appropriate control measures are provided based on the influencing factors of the failure factors.[Conclusion]The proposed control measures can guide the installation of offshore wind turbines and reduce the probability of installation delays.
