某燃油调节器流量卡滞故障技术分析

摘要 某批产型号燃油调节器因故障产品较多,生产节点紧急,排故工作进展缓慢,基于此,通过产品原理和故障现象对故障机理进行技术分析。具体根据产品原理和试验数据,绘制故障树进行故障定位,最终通过加严某活门阀芯阀套的间隙、活门阀芯某台阶面长度,解决了该故障,以期该研究为后续类似故障提供借鉴。 The progress of troubleshooting work is slow due to more faulty products and urgent production nodes of a batch production model fuel regulator.Based on this,technical analysis of the fault mechanism is carried out through the product principle and fault phenomenon.Specifically based on the product principle and test data,drawing fault tree for fault localization,and finally solved the fault by tightening the gap of a certain valve spool valve sleeve,valve spool a step surface length,with a view to the study for the follow-up of similar failures to provide reference.
