摘要
首先通过对往复压缩机各部件的功能和故障原因进行分析,找出中、高风险故障模式,确定重要关键部件,再引入可靠性中心维修(RCM)方法,结合故障树分析和风险评价技术,对制定维修策略展开研究。基于可靠性分析对的往复压缩机维修技术研究旨在提高设备的可靠性和安全性,降低维修成本,提高经济效益。
The study analyzed the functions and fault causes of the reciprocating compressor components,found out the medium and high risk fault mode,identified the important key components,introduced the reliability center maintenance(RCM)method,and combined the fault tree analysis method and risk assessment technology to develop the maintenance strategy.The study on the maintenance technology of reciprocating compressor based on reliability analysis aims to improve the reliability and safety of equipment,reduce maintenance cost,and improve economic benefit.
