摘要
在拟测图像上叠加测格,然后进行测点、交点等的数量计数,直径、点取截距等的长度测量,此即体视学定量研究中的基本测试。Photoshop可用于图像观察、测格制备和长度测量,因此可用于辅助这些测试。本文简要介绍了用Photoshop制备测格和测量长度的基本方法,包括如何绘制并保存可叠加但不遮盖所测图像的测格以及长度测量值的校验。
Counting of test points,intersections and others and measurement of lengths such as diameters and point-sampled intercepts,performed on images superimposed with test grids,are basic tests in stereological quantitative studies.The Photoshop software can be used to observe images,prepare grids and measure lengths and can therefore be used to facilitate the tests.The present study briefly described the basic methods of preparing grids and measuring lengths with Photoshop,including how to draw and save test grids that can be superimposed on but do not cover up the images to be measured,and calibration of lengths measured.
