低粘度有机硅改性双酚A型环氧树脂研究 被引量:6

Study on low viscosity silicone modified bisphenol A epoxy resin

摘要 利用2,2′-二烯丙基双酚A(DBA)与环氧氯丙烷反应生成中间体(EDBA),再将EDBA与二甲基苯基硅烷反应得到低粘度有机硅改性双酚A型环氧树脂(PSEDBA)。将PSEDBA与双酚A型环氧树脂E51复配,并采用脂环胺类固化剂(PACM)制备了高固体分环氧清漆。利用核磁、红外光谱对PSEDBA的结构进行了表征,研究了PSEDBA添加量对E51树脂的粘度及固化涂层性能的影响。结果表明,由于PSEDBA分子中含有与E51树脂相似的苯基缩水甘油醚基团及低极性的有机硅基团,其与环氧树脂E51的相容性良好,且E51树脂的粘度随PSEDBA用量增加不断降低。PSEDBA的引入改善了涂层的柔韧性、热稳定性、耐化学介质及防腐蚀性能,其添加质量分数为10%时,涂层的综合性能最优。 The intermediate(EDBA)was firstly synthesized from 2,2′-diallyl bisphenol A(DBA)and epichlorohydrin,and then low viscosity silicone modified bisphenol A epoxy resin(PSEDBA)was prepared from EDBA and dimethylphenylsilane. The high solid epoxy varnish was prepared by mixing PSEDBA,bisphenol A epoxy resin E51 with acyclic amine curing agent(PACM). The structure of PSEDBA was characterized by1H NMR and FTIR. The effects of PSEDBA amount on the viscosity of epoxy resin E51 and properties of cured coatings were studied. The results showed that PSEDBA had good compatibility with epoxy resin E51, since the PSEDBA contained phenyl glycidyl ether groups similar to epoxy resin and silicone groups with low polarity. The viscosity of E51 was decreased with the increasing of PSEDBA amount. The toughness, thermal stability, chemical resistance and anticorrosion of the coatings with PSEDBA were improved.When the amountof PSEDBA was 10%,the comprehensive properties of the coating were the best.
