冷轧高铝钢“亮线”缺陷全流程演变规律研究

摘要 针对高铝钢冷轧带钢表面“亮线”缺陷,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)等分析手段,发现“亮线”区域存在明显脱碳层和分散式颗粒状Al_(2)O_(3)质点分布,明确了“亮线”缺陷为铸坯机清后表面漏清或凸棱遗传所致,该板坯缺陷表面在热轧加热过程中承受二维加热形成较厚且疏松状氧化铁皮,轧制过程中板坯缺陷处粗糙度大、表面活性高,基体[Al]与空气中O_(2)亲和力大,形成灰白色Al_(2)O_(3)质点,该板坯缺陷经过热轧-冷轧-退火后宏观呈现“亮线”缺陷。通过改进机清烧嘴状态、优化烧嘴间隙<0.8 mm,同时制定高铝钢板坯机清制度,要求清理深度控制在3 mm以内且表面不得存在条状漏清等优化措施,最终高铝钢带钢表面“亮线”缺陷得到有效控制,缺陷比例由5.2%降低至0.3%。 In view of the"bright line"defect on the surface of cold-rolled high alumina steel strip,by means of optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis meth-ods.It was found that there was a significant decarburization layer and dispersed granular Al_(2)O_(3) particle distribution in the"bright line"area.It was clarified that the"bright line"defect was caused by surface leakage or Raised edges after the casting machine cleaning treatment.The defect surface of the slab was subjected to two-dimensional heating during hot rolling,forming a thick and loose iron oxide scale.During the rolling process,the roughness and surface activity of the slab defect were high,and the matrix Al had a strong affinity with O_(2) in the air,forming gray white Al_(2)O_(3) particles.After hot rolling cold rolling annealing,the defect of the slab macroscopically presented a"bright line".Defects.By improving the state of the machine cleaning nozzle,optimizing the nozzle gap to be less than O.8mm,and establishing a machine cleaning system for high aluminum steel plates,it is required that the cleaning depth be controlled within 3mm and there should be no strip-shaped leakage on the surface.As a result,the"bright line"defect on the surface of high aluminum steel strips was effectively controlled,and the defect ratio was reduced from 5.2% to 0.3%.
