摘要
将尺寸为Φ42 mm×140 mm的30CrMnSiNi2A钢试棒,分别置于不含丙烷和含有不同量丙烷的氩气氛中,加热至900℃保温80min后进行硝盐淬火处理,然后在250℃下回火180min,之后检测试棒的显微组织、硬度和脱碳状况。结果表明:随着氩气氛中丙烷含量的增加,淬火和低温回火后的30CrMnSiNi2A钢中马氏体的含量增加,硬度提高,脱碳层厚度减小。
30CrMnSiNi2A steel test bars of with a size of Φ42 mm×140 mm were placed in argon atmospheres without and with different propane contents,respectively.They were heated to 900℃,held for 80 min,quenched in nitrate salt bath,then tempered at 250℃ for 180 min.The microstructure,hardness and decarburization of the test bars were examined.The results show that with the increase of propane content in argon atmosphere,the martensite content and hardness increases,and the decarburization layer thickness decreases in test bars after quenching and low-temperature tempering.
