激光测距技术在热轧加热炉装钢定位系统改造中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着激光技术的发展,应用激光测量距离和检测带钢位置变为可能。经对标发现鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司1580热轧线存在加热炉装钢板坯定位精度低、卷取对尾需依赖人工操作等问题。引入激光测距技术及先进的智能控制手段对产线加热炉装钢定位系统进行改造,有利于提升现有带钢产品质量,减少操作员人工干预,降低企业生产成本,提高企业核心竞争力。 With the development of laser technology,the application of laser for distance measurement and strip position detection has become feasible.Through benchmarking analysis,it was identified that the 1580 mm hot rolling line at Bayuquan Iron and Steel Branch Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.faces challenges including low positioning accuracy in slab charging for heating furnaces and heavy reliance on manual operations for coil end alignment.Therefore,laser ranging technology and advanced intelligent control methods have been introduced to transform charging positioning system of heating furnace in production line,which is conducive to improving the quality of existing strip products,reducing operator manual intervention,lowering production costs and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
