摘要
针对A汽车零部件制造企业中存在的生产流程问题,引用IE理论中的“5W1H”提问法和“ECRS”原则相结合的方法,对具体工序进行优化研究,最终实现了生产线平衡率的提升,验证IE理论对生产制造企业的生产效率提升的有效性。
Industrial engineering theory is widely used in manufacturing enterprises.Aiming at the production process problems in A automobile parts manufacturing enterprise,the combination of“5W1H”questioning method and“ECRS”principle in IE theory is used to optimize the specific processes,and finally the balance rate of the production line is improved.The optimization of specific processes is studied,and the improvement of production line balance rate is finally realized,which verifies the effectiveness of IE theory on the improvement of production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.
