摘要
提出基于达宝易(计算机辅助工作研究软件)与Flexsim仿真相结合的生产线优化方法。以某产品生产线为例,运用达宝易分析其流程、确定标准时间及产能;将数据导入Flexsim进行仿真,识别瓶颈问题;提出优化方案并进行仿真评估;结果表明:线平衡率提高20.2%,产能提高每小时10件;从而优化了生产线。
The method of production line optimization,which is based on computer aided work study softeware(Double-E)and Flexsim simulation software,is presented.And a case of some product line is studied.Procedure,standard time and output of production line is analyzed by Double-E,and based on data from Double-E,the Bottle-neck problem is identified by simulation with Flexsim.Then,the improved project is proposed.Finally,the project is estimated by Simulation.It proves that the line balance ration is improved by 20.2% and the output per day is raised by 10.The product line is optimized.
