摘要
分析综合护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果及并发症预防效果。本研究采用前瞻性随机对照试验设计,以2022年1月—2022年12月期间广西科技大学第二附属医院收治的150例行甲状腺手术的患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上接受综合护理干预,对比两组护理效果、并发症发生率、生活质量改善率及护理满意度。研究结果显示,观察组护理总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,综合护理干预在甲状腺手术护理中的应用效果显著,能够降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生活,并提高护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
This study aims to analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in thyroid surgery nursing and its effect on preventing complications.A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted,involving 150 patients who underwent thyroid surgery at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to December 2022.The patients were evenly divided into the control group and the observation group by a random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of nursing effect,complication rate,quality of life improvement rate,and nursing satisfaction.The results showed that the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study concludes that comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect in thyroid surgery nursing.It can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction,thus having clinical application value.
