“课岗赛证”融通背景下商务英语课程体系优化路径研究——以广西科技大学为例

Research on the Optimization of Business English Curriculum System Based on“Course-Post-Competition-Certificate”:A Case Study of Guangxi University of Science and Technology

摘要 国际贸易发展新态势对商务英语人才的岗位胜任力提出了更高要求。针对商务类课程设置与市场需求不匹配、实践教学条件受限、师资不足等问题,广西科技大学英语专业通过实施课程体系合理性评价制度、优化课程体系设计思路、深化校企合作整合实践资源、创新实践教学、将岗位、课程、竞赛、证书等要素融合重构教学内容和打造“双师型”师资队伍等举措优化重构商务类课程体系。实践表明,这种“课岗赛证”融通的课程体系有效提高了学生的商务实践能力和岗位胜任力。 With the rapid development of international trade,requirements for business English talents increase greatly.In view of the problems such as mismatch between business curriculum and market demands,limited practical teaching conditions and insufficient teachers etc.,the English major of Guangxi University of Science and Technology optimizes and reconstructs the business curriculum system to improve the quality of business English talent training by regularly evaluating and revising the talent training program and curriculum system,deepening school-enterprise cooperation and integrating practical resources,innovating practical teaching,integrating course,post,competition,certificate and other elements to reconstruct teaching content,and building a“double-qualified”teacher team.The practice shows that the curriculum system based on“course-post-competition-certificate”effectively improves students’business practice ability and post competency.
