摘要
某发电厂锅炉的水冷壁管发生泄漏。为此,对泄漏的水冷壁管进行宏观检验、金相检验及硬度检验。结果表明:吹灰器孔让位管与相邻水冷壁管鳍片焊缝末端存在应力集中现象,在机组启停及变负荷过程中产生的交变应力作用下,在焊缝根部萌生裂纹并扩展,导致水冷壁管泄漏。
The water-cooled wall-tube exhibited leakage in boiler of a power plant.Macro check,metallographic examination and hardness testing were performed on the leaked water-cooled wall-tube.The results indicated that stress concentration was easy to occur at the end of the weld seam between the soot blower hole clearance tube and the adjacent water-cooled wall-tube fins,under the action of alternating stress which developed during the unit start-stop and load change the crack initiated and propagated near the root of the weld seam,thus issuing in leaking of the wall-tube.
