摘要
分别采用冷轧镀锌工艺和平整镀锌工艺生产了厚度为1.20~2.49 mm和2.5~3.0 mm的高强度S420GD+Z镀锌带钢,并检测其力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:采用冷轧镀锌工艺生产的带钢符合C/Z型钢的加工成形要求,而采用平整镀锌工艺生产的S420GD+Z镀锌带钢的显微组织与热轧态组织基本相同,并可进行冷弯成形。
High-strength S420GD+Z zinc-coated steel strips with thicknesses of 1.20‒2.49 mm and 2.5‒3.0 mm were produced by cold-rolled galvanizing and leveled galvanizing processes,respectively.The mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel strips were tested.The results show that the S420GD+Z zinc-coated steel strips produced by the cold-rolled galvanizing process meet the processing and forming requirements of C/Z-shaped steel,while the microstructure of strips produced by flat galvanizing process is almost the same as that of strips in hot-rolled state,and they are formable by cold bending.
