摘要
烘烤硬化钢板很好地解决了汽车板的强度、冲压性能和覆盖件局部抗凹陷性之间的矛盾,在汽车制造业等方面得到了广泛的应用,是当今世界汽车用钢板生产领域的研究热点之一。介绍了烘烤硬化汽车钢板的生产技术以及国内外烘烤硬化汽车钢板的应用现状,并对烘烤硬化汽车钢板的最新研究进展进行了阐述。
The bake hardening steel sheet(BH)has been favoured in automotive industry because of its excellent combined properties of high strength,deep-drawing property and dent-resistant ability.Nowadays the production of bake hardening steel sheet for automobile is a hot topic in current automotive industry.In this paper,the production technologies and present application situation of bake hardening steel sheet at home and abroad were introduced. The latest research progress for the bake hardening steel sheet was also emphatically presented.
